Delivery Policy

  • Shipping is available only within Australia 
  • Shipping prices are based on Australian capital cities only. In the event that an order is placed outside of these areas and additional shipping costs are incurred, we will contact the customer within 1 business day of the order being placed to advise of any additional shipping costs to be paid prior to the order being fulfilled. If the customer does not wish to proceed with the order as a result, we will offer a full refund of the purchase price. 
  • Delivery is Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm
  • Third party couriers are used for the delivery of orders 
  • We will provide a consignment number following scheduling of delivery so that you can track your order. We can provide an expected delivery time upon request however we are unable to guarantee a day or time of delivery. We recommend contacting the courier directly for this information. 
  • The buyer must be available to accept the delivery at the property and assist the courier driver. The buyer may provide authority to leave goods unattended at the delivery address. This request must be made in writing either when placing the order or by contacting us
  • If no one is available to accept the goods at the time of delivery, additional fees may be incurred for redelivery. 
  • Delivery drivers will not carry heavy items up or down stairs/steps. 
  • Delivery drivers will deliver the items to the front door only. 
  • Delivery drivers are unable to ring the buyer prior to delivery.
  • Orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box
  • Changes to the order and shipping address cannot be made once the order has been dispatched
  • Delays may occur during peak periods, holidays and other events. 
  • Items must be paid for in full prior to being dispatched. 
  • If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted and advised of an ETA for the supply of the item.
