Section 1: Introduction

1.1 Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all gift cards issued under Prestige
Coffee’s La Pavoni Cashback Gift Card promotion, valid from 28 April 2025 to
31 May 2025.

Prestige Coffee ABN: 12 008 273 532.

Your redemption or attempted redemption of a gift card constitutes
acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Section 2: Redemption

2.1 Eligibility & Redemption Process

Customers who purchase a qualifying La Pavoni Coffee Machine via the Prestige
Coffee website or Torrensville showroom during the promotional
period (28 April 2025 to 31 May 2025) will receive cashback in the form of a gift
card.

Online purchases: Gift cards will be emailed within 72 hours
of purchase.

In-store purchases: Gift cards will be issued instantly at
the time of purchase and are ready to use immediately in store

The gift card value is based on the La
Pavoni model purchased.

Section 3: Use, Exchange & Restrictions

3.1 General Restrictions

Gift cards are non-refundable and not
exchangeable for cash.

Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be
replaced or refunded unless required by law.

Each gift card must be used in one single
transaction; any unused balance will be forfeited.

Gift cards cannot be used to obtain cash, nor are
they legal tender, debit, or credit cards.

3.2 Returns & Exchanges

Products purchased with a gift card may be returned
or exchanged in line with Prestige Coffee’s Returns Policy.

In the event of a faulty product, Prestige Coffee
reserves the right to provide an exchange or refund the balance back
onto a gift card.

Section 4: Validity Period

4.1 Promotion Dates & Gift Card Expiry

This offer is valid only for purchases made
between 28 April 2025 and 31 May 2025, for selected La Pavoni
models only.

Gift cards expire 12 months from the date of issue.

Unused balances after expiry are forfeited
and will not be extended or refunded.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the
card is used before expiry.

Section 5: Limitation of Liability

5.1 Liability Limits

These Terms do not limit any rights under Australian
Consumer Law.

Except for statutory rights, all other implied
warranties are excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prestige
Coffee will not be liable for any indirect, direct, or consequential
loss or damage.

In any case where liability applies, it is
limited to the remaining balance on the gift card.
