The Profitec RIDE has features simultaneous heating of both the coffee and steam boilers to enable rapid steam temperature and more consistent steam performance. The RIDE can also be operated as a single boiler machine if desired. Activating the Fast Heat-Up mode significantly reduces the machine's readiness time. Both boiler temperatures can be independently adjusted via the PID control. The RIDE also offers programmable automatic switch-on and switch-off times, with various settings displayed on the discreet screen alongside the shot timer. The modular, bottomless portafilter can be easily and quickly adapted using silicone attachments (1 spout and 2 spouts), saving space and ensuring easy and hygienic cleaning.

Visually, the RIDE impresses with elegant matt black side panels that contrast strikingly with the satin-finished front, cup tray, and silver drip tray. The pressure gauges complement the display, completing the refined appearance. The E61 Flow Control Device allows you to adjust the flow of water in your brew group to manually profile your extractions. This custom component is a stainless steel needle valve, which allows the user to vary the amount of water flowing through the group. Variable flow control allows for lengthy pre-infusion for more even saturation and extraction of your espresso. Made in Germany.
